The Contractor shall provide Electrical Contracting Services for Facilities Management (FM) upon request. All requested Services will be provided at the District Five owned and operated facilities located at Sites found in Section #4. The Contractor shall provide all materials and labor necessary to perform the requested Electrical Contracting Services including maintenance, repair, renovations, installation, or the alteration of current systems. The Contractor will be contacted periodically by the Facilities Management. A. Electrical services a. Electrical services encompass a wide range of tasks related to the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical power, communications, lighting, and control systems. From single up to 3 phase. b. Installation and construction. c. Designing and installing electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings. d. Wiring and rewiring, including installing new circuits and upgrading older systems. e. Installing and connecting electrical fixtures, outlets, switches, and other components. f. Installing specialized systems like fire alarm systems, intelligent transportation systems, and data communication systems. g. Installing renewable energy systems like solar panels. h. Maintenance and repair. i. Troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical problems. j. Repairing or replacing faulty wiring, outlets, fixtures, and other electrical components. k. New 120V, 277V, and 480V lighting and power circuits. l. Inspecting/repair/replace electrical components such as transformers and circuit breakers. m. Capable of servicing 24V to 480V systems, automatic transfer switches, transformers, branch, and main distribution panels.
