Deliverables of work include, but are not limited to, assisting construction personnel in compliance with environmental permit conditions; providing environmental expertise to construction personnel; preparing written reports detailing the environmental status of construction projects and permits; assessing and recommending construction procedures for mitigation sites, stormwater ponds, roadway ditches, or other areas as defined by the Department; providing environmental expertise to construction personnel; identification and notification of threatened and endangered species; monitoring and preparing written reports on project sites, stormwater ponds, roadway ditches or other areas as defined by individual environmental permits; reading staff gauges; tracking various recommendations and verification of completion of construction activities; coordination between Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) departments; and serving as an expert witness, if required.
