D. Rough Order Magnitude estimates. E. Scope(s) of work and cost estimate(s) compatible with FEMA Project Worksheets. To include other funding elements and considerations, including mitigation, EHP compliance, and/or codes. F. Biddable plans for sites requiring build-back. G. The sites are throughout Charlotte County, Florida. H. Site design must meet infrastructure and mitigation requirements. I. Timelines will be for each location assigned. J. The building delivery method is hard bid with all FEMA and Insurance requirements. K. Administrative support for documentation and reporting compliance. L. Administrative support for FEMA Public Assistance.
