The objective of this Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) is to enable the University of Central Florida (UCF) to enter into an agreement with a Supplier to provide developmental evaluation and innovation ecosystem services for a National Science Foundation (NSF) grant that translates research to the marketplace, trains individuals to become entrepreneurs, and to create an economic and societal impact. The evaluation services will apply to the following program objectives over the 36 month period: Objective 1: Strengthen and Sustain Institutional Infrastructure that translates research to the marketplace. Objective 2: Offer Educational and Training opportunities that train individuals (graduate students and post-docs) to become entrepreneurs or pursue translation-research oriented careers. Objective 3: Support Specific, Translational Research Activities to create economic and societal impact.
