The purpose of this RFQ is to solicit Qualifications from Respondents, who are licensed Engineering Firm, or Architect, or Landscape Architect to preform service in the State of Florida, in accordance with Florida Statutes § 287.055 for site selection and evaluation, due diligence, preapplication and conceptual planning, design, permitting, bidding assistance, construction administration, and permit/project close out for Design Services For Fire Rescue Training Facility in St. Johns County. The intent of the County is to select the most qualified Respondent, based upon evaluation of submitted qualifications and presentations/interviews with shortlisted Respondents, for the purposes of negotiating and awarding a contract for completion of the Services.
