It is the intent of this Request for Proposal for Professional Services (PS) to select a single Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) pre-qualified firm to provide Professional Engineering and Design Services for Cross Prairie Parkway Extension from the C-31 Canal to Nolte Road. The total project length is approximately 1.6 miles, including a proposed bridge over the C-31 Canal and a proposed signalized intersection. The scope of this project involves the design and permitting of a four-lane divided roadway with bike lanes, sidewalk, multi-use path, drainage improvements, storm water ponds, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), signalization of a proposed intersections, and street lighting and landscaping.
