A. The development program shall generally consist of, but is not limited to, the following elements: 1. Construct Community Center approximately 700sf under conditioned air. To include: wet bar sink countertop storage cabinets small closet to store tables and chairs while not in use 2. One (1) large pavilion 800 sf with power outlets. 3. One (1) small pavilion 200 sf with power outlets (at a minimum, stub ups are required). 4. Architectural Fencing. 5. Additional parking and driveway to meet the needs of added amenities. B. All furniture, fixtures, and equipment including, but not limited to, park furniture, park trash/recycling receptacles, and park water fountains. C. The design and detailing shall meet all applicable building codes. D. The facility will utilize integrated building automation systems. E. Design shall consider life-cycle costs, long-term maintenance, energy conservation, and long-term operational costs. F. Firm will utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) protocols during the design and construction. G. The design and construction will utilize sustainable standards, comparable to LEED or similar rating system principles, without pursuing any certification level.
