The scope of professional services required by this contract award resulting under this RFQ is anticipated to include, but not be limited to, design criteria package professional services and services typically associated with an Owner’s Representative and oversight (CEI-type Services) of a municipal capital project. The expectation is that the entity, individual, or firm awarded the contract would work in concert with designated City representatives for the preparation of the Design Criteria Package and represent the City for the selected Progressive Design Build team for the Water Recycling Facility at Pollard Road to provide oversight and management throughout the entire project including project design and permitting review; pre-construction services; construction oversight and related services; funding compliance and project close out as described below.
