Specifications include, but are not limited to: Winter Haven is proud to offer golf to Winter Haven residents and visitors at Willowbrook Golf Course. The City received a onetime payment from Duke Energy for easements for their new Osprey Powerline Project. This payment was $2.6 Million. The City Commission has prioritized these funds toward improvements at Willowbrook Golf Course. The City and Indigo Golf (Operator) have worked up preliminary improvement priorities and a scope with each element. The scope of the project is anticipated to include all survey, cost estimation, engineering, landscape architecture, golf course architecture, architecture, permitting, specifications, public involvement, and construction to complete the design elements. Additionally, the City reserves the right to assign inspection and further project management services to the selected team.
