Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project consists of a multi building complex at the McKay Bay Peninsula for the City of Tampa Solid Waste Department. Includes the construction of a new 3-story Administration Building, 5-story Parking Garage, Truck Wash Facility, Container Maintenance Facility, Vehicle Scale Facilities, Fuel Station, and CNG fill stations. All buildings are to be constructed over precast piles as part of the deep foundation system. Passive Landfill Gas Mitigation system to be provided under the Administration Building, Container Maintenance Building and main scale house buildings A & B. Project includes an extensive Sitework package including but not limited to soil management plan, underground storm water and above ground stormwater ponds. Includes underground utilities to all buildings, site lighting, landscape and irrigation, asphalt paving and site concrete.
