Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Florida Department of State (Department) is seeking proposals from qualified security system consultants to review and recommend one single system to replace the Department’s multiple security, access, and badging systems and develop the required specifications. The consultant’s assessment and report will be used in a future bid to secure a qualified vendor to replace all the security systems and components for the entire Department Campus with one integrated security system. This consultant must have knowledge and expertise in security for cultural sites. The Department Campus consists of office buildings, historic houses, and museums that are located around the City of Tallahassee.
