Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Deliverable #1: Kick-Off Meeting A Kickoff Meeting must occur within 14 business days of the execution of the contract. It may occur virtually or in person and should be organized by the Respondent with invitations sent to the Division. In attendance should be Project Manager for the project, and key staff assigned to oversee major areas of the project. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the project and refine specific areas that need to be addressed by the project, clarify any areas of the project, discuss the project timeline, and answer questions by either party. B. Deliverable #2: Draft Security Assessment and Detailed Cost Estimate The Respondent shall provide one (1) electronic copy of the draft Security Assessment Report to the contract manager by May 15, 2024. The draft security assessment shall include the following minimum security requirements: 1. Recommendation of type of system, open or proprietary and type of lead time need to procure the system and components. 2. Recommendation of what type of equipment is needed and the volume of what is needed. 3. Provide specifications detailing all requirements that would be needed to build, make improvements to, provide upgrades for and for integrating the new system 4. Recommendation for phasing approach to implement security at all locations 5. Specify if the access cards/id badge can be issued from the security system 6. Detailed Cost Estimate, including consultation fees. The Department contract manager will provide feedback to the Contractor within three (3) days of receipt of the draft Security Assessment Report. C. Deliverable # 3: Final Security Assessment Report The Respondent shall provide one (1) electronic copy of the final draft Security Assessment Report to the Department Contract Manager by June 15, 2024. The DOS contract manager will provide feedback to the Contractor within three (3) days of receipt of the final draft Security Assessment Report.
