Specifications include, but are not limited to: Demolition & clearing of 925 Lake Elbert Park Drive NE - 2 SFR's, basement, and in-ground pool, along with all accessory structures, foundations, driveways, walkways, junk/trash/debris (including all construction debris on property), and fencing. The service of a licensed contractor with asbestos remediation and pool removal experience is requested to properly perform demolition to include, without limitation: • Dismantle, remove and dispose of all structures, foundations, and fences. • The basement, including all concrete, rebar, and piping shall be removed. No materials shall be covered with dirt. Once all materials related to the construction of the basement have been removed, clean fill shall be imported and used to back fill the void left in the ground. The fill dirt shall be compacted in 12” lifts and shall be watered during the compaction process. The area where the basement is located shall be level with adjacent land after completion of the backfilling. • Remove in-ground pool. All concrete, rebar and piping shall be removed. No materials shall be covered with dirt. Once the pool shell and all materials related to the construction of the pool have been removed, clean fill shall be imported and used to back fill the void left in the ground. The fill dirt shall be compacted in 12” lifts and shall be watered during the compaction process. The area where the pool is located shall be level with adjacent land after completion of the backfilling. • Removal of all junk, trash, debris, and materials on lot.
