Specifications include, but are not limited to: Demolition & clearing of 1794 7th Street NE - a fire damaged 1,018 sf SFR, wood frame/stucco structure, along with any foundation, driveway, junk/trash/debris (including all construction debris on property), and fencing if applicable. The service of a licensed contractor with asbestos remediation experience is requested to properly perform demolition to include, without limitation: Dismantle, remove and dispose of the fire damaged SFR on the south side of the property, including the foundation. Removal of all junk, trash, debris, and materials on lot. Perform clean-up, leaving the demolition site clear of any debris. Furnish any required clean fill dirt and regrade the jobsite leaving the lot vacant and ready to build. NESHAP regulations must be followed. A Notice of Demolition (Form 62- 257.900) must be furnished to FDEP and a copy must be provided to the City prior to commencing demolition.
