1) Remove and dispose of PVC pipes on the north, east, and west sides of the existing control structure 2) Remove and dispose of debris in the vicinity of the existing control structure 3) Remove and dispose of the vegetation overgrowth and sedimentation associated with the four weir openings prior to modifying the existing control structure. 4) Remove and dispose of the wooden flash boards within the slots on the north side of the existing control structure 5) Install a 42” wide x 54” high, 3/8” thick fiberglass plate on the north side of the existing control structure to cover and seal the opening previously occupied by the wooden flash boards. Fiberglass plat shall meet environmental composites specifications or equal. Fiberglass plate shall be secured to outside face of structure with 4” concrete wedge anchors at 9” on center. A sealant shall be applied between the existing concrete structure and fiberglass plate to insure the plate to structure interface is water tight.
