Specifications include, but are not limited to:(Contractor must obtain and submit all permits prior to performing any work). 1. CONTRACTOR shall review all documents, specifications, plans and scope of work provided by Miami-Dade County Park & Recreation Construction Division for work to be completed. Furnish all labor, equipment, and materials required to: complete park infrastructure improvements at Debbie Curtin Park. Improvements in the BASE BID include, but is not limited to: installation of exfiltration drainage throughout the park; excavation and fill of limerock and soil; installation of concrete walkways; installation of asphalt parking lot and driveway; installation of various items such as gates, park benches, bollards, wheel stops, detectable warning system, sod, signs, access control fences, pavement markings and bike rack; and relocation of existing trees. The Contractor shall ensure that the ground will be properly sloped/graded to allow runoff to enter the stormwater catch basins. Base Bid amount does not include Sheets (C-110, C-111, and L-101).
