Specifications include, but are not limited to: • The successful bidder will provide installation, hardware, ongoing technical support, maintenance, and upgrades for at least five years. • The successful bidder will provide a solution that can provide security at required workload, network, storage, and management levels. • The successful bidder’s solution must be able to include moving on-premise workloads from legacy hardware to modern enterprise hardware, converged infrastructure, hyper-converged, and cloud backup solutions. Respondents should describe how their proposed solution is able to leverage existing infrastructure components and services in a solution and how their solution may reduce management interfaces. • The successful bidder’s solutionmust have the ability to move workloads between on-premise solutions as it relates to high availability and disaster recovery scenarios. • The successful bidder’s solution must have options for self-service and on-demand provisioning and de-provisioning of workloads and address costing and chargeback reporting features related to server and application workloads. • The successful bidder’s solution must have the ability to incorporate multiple storage tiers, on-premise, into their solution and options for data encryption and cloud backup. • The successful bidder’s solution must have management capabilities of proposed products and solutions, including any limitations to managing diverse and hybrid workloads within a centralized management console. • The successful bidder must have online upgrades for all areas of the stack. (Applications can still run) Built-in SW-based encryption with FIPS 140-2 or better certification. Built-in Synchronous or near-synchronous replication that must be able to failover/failback based on a scheduled plan. • The successful bidder must be able to provide Built-in file-sharing services with built-in analytics and auditing. • The successful bidder must be able to provide Built-in micro-segmentation so that different servers or applications can be logically separated. • The successful bidder must be able to provide Built-in analytics that allow for all critical metrics of the software stack (resources, system health, trends) to be personalized based on role. • The successful bidder must be able to provide solutions for two standalone sites on-prem hardware set at different locations • The successful bidder will provide a licensing cost structure for each of the deliverables and provide a cost summary for the initial year and subsequent years. If the product has different pricing depending on usage, those costs will be clearly identified and provided. • The successful bidder’s product will provide necessary and custom alerting capability unitizing, at a minimum, email notification; the product may also include SMS messaging notifications or provide alternate equivalent methods. • The successful bidder will provide expertise, guidance and documentation on the installation, configuration, management and testing of the systems to FMPA staff. • The successful bidder will include requirements for hardware that is needed to run/operate the application. The hardware costs will be included in the bid as a separate line item. • This successful bidder’s product will be an on-premises solution with logs being centrally aggregated and viewed on each network.
