Specifications include, but are not limited to: Maintenance shall include, but not be limited to, cleaning of debris from tracks, checking for loose screws, bolts, lubricate the mechanism as necessary, etc.; Repairs shall include, but not be limited to, routine repair of automatic sliding, swinging and revolving type doors, tracks, door panel operators, motors and remote control devices, electronic controls, timers, and sensors.; 1. Furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, tools, machinery, transportation and other facilities and services necessary, unless otherwise noted, to fully and completely accomplish task(s) as specified herein.; 2. Complete the permit application, if a permit is required for service, and submit the application packet to Facilities Development & Operations for processing. Processing shall include reviewing and approving the permit application and any attached plans.; 3. Provide the designated County representative with a written estimate containing a scope of work, estimated number of hours to complete work, and list of necessary parts with pricing, if requested.; 4. Establish a time line with designated County representative prior to starting work.; 5. Coordinate the scheduling of work and all activities with the designated County Representative.; 6. Notify the designated County representative upon arrival and departure of County site.; 7. Notify the designated County representative a minimum of one (1) hour prior to arrival to allow the representative enough time to meet with the technician at the specific location if desired.; 8. Plan its work so as to avoid the migration of fumes into personnel areas by way of open windows, etc.; 9. Ensure that only employees with proper clearance (applicable background check and card access, if required at site) perform services at County buildings, and at no time shall unauthorized employees be engaged in the performance of the services or allowed in unauthorized areas.; 10. Ensure that all work specified under the contract be performed by appropriately qualified and licensed personnel.; 11. Comply with the requirements of the County’s security systems regarding guard service, registration of personnel and vehicles, and the use of designated entrances.; 12. Be responsible for keeping all of its personnel out of areas not designated for the successful quoter’s use.; 13. Ensure employees park their automobiles, trucks, or other vehicles in assigned parking areas.; 14. Require all technicians wear company identification at the worksite(s).; 15. Post all normal safety signs, necessary lighting, and temporary barriers around work areas, in accordance with OSHA requirements, while the work is in progress.; 16. Not use County dumpsters, trash bins, or other contracted services to dispose of debris.; 17. Repair, at no additional cost to the County, any damage to adjacent equipment caused by the successful quoter while in the process of performing repairs.; 18. Supply OEM parts or the manufacturer’s approved equal upon the County’s approval.; 19. Stock a sufficient supply of parts to accomplish routine repairs and keep doors in safe operating condition, to include, but not be limited to, brand names such as Stanley, Door-Matic, Horton andBesan. Standard repair parts shall be available within twenty-four (24) hours.; 20. Arrange for a timely inspection of the completed service with the designated County representative if requested.
