Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City seeks an experienced lessee and operator to lease and operate the Francis Wilson Playhouse located at the address provided above as a community theatre. The building will be provided to the operator at a lease rate of $1 per year for a term of thirty (30) years. Major maintenance to preserve the structural integrity of the building such as the roof and building systems (e.g. lights, electrical circuits, and air conditioning) will be the responsibility of the Lessee/Operator. Letters of Interest must include proof of legal ability to operate a community theater, and financial plan to maintain the facility and to repair or replace the roof within eighteen (18) months of the lease effective date at the Lessee’s expense.
