City of Temple Terrace (City) is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide debris monitoring services required during emergency events. Such events include, but are not limited to, hurricanes, tornadoes, windstorms, floods, fires or manmade disaster(s) such as civil unrest and terrorist attacks. The Contractor shall be responsible for monitoring the recovery efforts for the City’s Debris Removal Contractor (DRC) in the field in accordance with Federal Emergency Management Administration (FEMA) policies and guidelines, the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), the Stafford Act, and any other governmental agency with jurisdiction over response and recovery actions, including the City’s requirements.
