Specifications include, but are not limited to: The ARCHITECT shall provide all professional services necessary to deliver Permitted Design Documents within the established Construction Budget and in accordance with the established Design Schedule. The ARCHITECT shall provide validation of the Owner’s 2016 Facilities Assessments Surveys known as the Referendum List and identify any additional design services necessary and approved by the District to establish the permitted design documents as required and directed by the District staff including, but not limited to: ADA and CSIR compliance requirements; the renovation and repair of building envelope items such as stucco finish, gutters and downspouts, and water intrusion/waterproofing applications; exterior doors and windows; intercom/sound system; security system; HVAC system; electrical switch gear; exterior stairwells; fire alarm/smoke and duct detector replacement; sheet metal ductwork/outside air dampers; gym floor-refinishing; bleacher repairs; boiler replacement; parking lot paving/striping; playground improvements; outside area scoreboards replacement; plumbing work related to the drinking water fountains; roof repairs and other Work as may be required.
