The SJC Medical Examiner’s Office located at 4501 Avenue A, St. Augustine, FL 32095, and identified specifically as Parcel ID 0734000000 requires expansion in order to appropriately serve the three (3) Counties located in District 23. The expansion is to be approximately 6,000 square feet of clinical space, which will include autopsy stations, coolers, sally port, and a secured perimeter. The awarded Consultant shall provide a comprehensive range of services, including site evaluation and analysis, agency coordination and documentation, programming, conceptual planning, complete design, permitting, collaboration with the County’s Construction Manager, construction administration, and post construction services. The final scope will be determined through negotiations with the awarded Consultant.
