Martin COUNTY (COUNTY) is seeking Debris Monitoring and Management of Disaster Related Recovery services (SERVICES) by qualified firms or individuals with extensive knowledge and background in providing debris management and monitoring services, to support the oversight and management of debris removal and recovery contractors, and ensure the restoration of COUNTY property, facilities and resources and, thereby, the safety and welfare of COUNTY citizens. The COUNTY recognizes that if its facilities are damaged and/or operations are disrupted by a disaster, its employees and existing systems may be overwhelmed by the necessary scale of disaster response and recovery work. Therefore, the COUNTY seeks to protect its interests from disaster by securing SERVICES as outlined in the Scope of Work
