The state of Florida Department of Education, Division of Blind Services (“Department”, “DOE/DBS”, “DBS”) is seeking a licensed, insured, and experienced Contractor to furnish all labor and materials needed to repair the ArtiChill Chiller (model# PWCCMV0600D3-MM, serial# A005032811) located at the Career, Technology, and Training Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired Campus in Daytona Beach, Florida. Repairs include but are not limited to the replacement of a failed heat exchanger, compressor, TXV valve, and line dryer on circuits 3 and 4. 6.1 DELIVERABLES • Recover refrigerant as per Federal clean air act • Remove and replace condenser heat exchanger with same • Remove and replace existing compressor and TXV valve with same • Replace Liquid Line drier with same • Purge system with nitrogen and heat lamps • Triple Dehydrate and recharge system with refrigerant • Check System for proper operation
