Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Subscription for training must be hosted in the cloud and support Active Directory integration with Single Sign-On for our users. 2. Cyber Security subject matter expert shall be available for support for the development, delivery and maintenance of a comprehensive information security and privacy awareness and training program for all staff. 3. Provide information security and web-based privacy training across all information security and privacy areas, including M-DCPS specific security and privacy specific topics and recent industry trends. 4. Comprehensive online or web-based courses and up-to-date content that is refreshed annually. 5. Develop and implement reporting and tracking processes for information security and privacy awareness and role-based information security training. A monthly report of all employees and contractors who have not completed the required training shall be provided. 6. The site shall have basic customization options where the M-DCPS logo can be inserted and contain District specific branding for its training program. 7. Content must be engaging, interactive, adaptive based on user’s knowledge and include testing and scoring for each course.
