Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected firm shall maintain security compliance with City of St. Augustine, and sign agreement with the City.; Maintain and update endpoints and network devices.; Provide 24/7 protection of the City’s critical infrastructure through monitoring, network administration, and unlimited remote security helpdesk supports including but not limited to:; • Security patching, antivirus software, antimalware software, secure remote login, ransom resilient and fully managed secure facility for offsite system monitoring and management; • Manage virus protection along with malware protection across one hundred seventy-six (176) endpoints consisting of servers, workstations, and laptops. Note: This will include mobile computer terminals (MCT) located in fire truck vehicles and/or police vehicles.; • Monitor backup solution and ensures daily backups are successful; • General help desk services (preferable response time of 1-2 hours) Project and/or Upgrade services at hourly rates directed by individual City Work Order.; Provide Recommendations to modernize and improve security to the network infrastructure along with server upgrades, assist City personnel with network infrastructure upgrades, and have the ability to perform the recommended modernizations, improvements and upgrades. All modernizations, improvements, and upgrades will be on a per Work Order basis.
