Specifications include, but are not limited to: assess the current state of the Town’s information systems security posture to ensure that it is configured and is operating in a secure manner that meets or exceeds compliance obligations, and that risk of cyber-attack, malware, and ransomware are adequately addressed. The awardee will provide an assessment of the external (perimeter) and internal (lateral) network at the Town of Jupiter. The vendor shall conduct penetration testing activities designed to provide the Town with insight into external and internal vulnerabilities with agency networks, assets, and applications. The scope of the penetration test shall include the Town’s internet connection, hosts, servers, endpoints, Wi-Fi, and network segments. The Town’s network and computing infrastructure consist of the following: • /27 external subnet (30 usable IP addresses) • 32 /24 internal subnets (8,128 usable IP addresses) • 400 workstations • 100 servers • 150 addressed network devices • 3 managed SSID
