Specifications include, but are not limited to: DAILY CLEANING REQUIREMENTS 1. Empty all trash cans throughout facility, replacing liners and cleaning cans when necessary and deposit in dumpsites. 2. All floors dust mopped using a chemically treated dust mop, or vacuumed, with spillage, traffic patterns and gum (residue) removed. 3. All hallway mats cleaned and replaced. 4. Clean water fountains daily 5. Contractor shall write schedules and instruct its employees to be flexible in meeting the needs of the school and administrative personnel. REST ROOMS DAILY CLEANING REQUIREMENTS 1. Empty all trash receptacles replacing liners and cleaning cans when necessary (i.e. ripped, torn, wetness, etc.). Spot clean receptacles using an EPA registered germicidal cleaner. 2. Empty, clean and sanitize napkin dispensers in womens rest rooms using an EPA registered germicidal cleaner. 3. Damp wipe all counters, paper towel and soap dispensers with an EPA registered germicidal cleaner. 4. Spot clean walls, partitions, doors and door jams with an EPA registered germicidal cleaner. 5. Clean mirrors and all glass using glass cleaner, leaving no streaking or film. 6. Clean and disinfect sinks and vanities using an EPA registered germicidal cleaner. 7. De-scale commode lid, basin and urinals using appropriate cleaner. Sanitize bowls and urinals leaving bowl cleaner in bowl overnight to help eliminate odors. 8. Damp mop ceramic tile floors with an EPA registered germicidal cleaner. 9. Clean entrances to rest rooms 10. Refill soap dispensers, paper towel holders, and toilet tissue dispensers. REST ROOMS WEEKLY CLEANING REQUIREMENTS 1. Completely clean trash receptacles inside and out with an EPA registered germicidal cleaner 2. Scrub under all urinals using an EPA registered germicidal cleaner. REST ROOMS MONTHLY CLEANING REQUIREMENTS 1. Scrub floors using phosphoric acid based disinfectant cleaner. 2. Damp wipe all vertical and horizontal surfaces of partitions, doors and jams with an EPA registered germicide cleaner. 3. Dust/clean cobwebs/baseboards. REST ROOMS CHRISTMAS AND SUMMER BREAK 1. Thoroughly clean all windows and blinds 2. Deep clean bathrooms thoroughly, including all vertical and horizontal walls, doors and door jams.
