The City of St. Augustine is seeking the services of a qualified and licensed contractor for the construction of drainage, utility, and roadway improvements in the Court Theophelia Neighborhood, located in Saint Augustine Florida - northeast of the intersection of Charles Usinas Memorial Highway (SR-16) and North Ponce De Leon Blvd (US-1). The project includes the following streets: Court Edna, Court Theophelia, Court Louise, Bannan Avenue and Colony Street. The construction shall be completed no later than Sept. 30, 2026. This project is currently funded through the Resilient Florida Grant Program and, therefore, is subject to Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) and federal funding requirements.
