Specifications include, but are not limited to: construction of a new pre-fabricated metal maintenance building with office area, enclosed storage areas, and covered storage area, new pre-fabricated metal storage building, new bulk material storage bins, truck wash down area, dumpster and concrete area for future fuel storage, parking lot, and installation of mechanical, electrical, fire alarm, lightning protection, plumbing systems and site utilities including landscape/irrigation. It also includes technology infrastructure and conduits for fiber optics, security system, access control system, burglar alarm system, and CCTV video monitoring / camera system, phone and data system (wiring and equipment installation by City).
