It is the intent of this Request for Proposal for Professional Services (PS) to pre-qualify consulting firms to provide Engineering, Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services, Planning, Landscape Architecture, Architecture and Design, and economic consulting and/or advisory services on a Task Authorization basis. The awarded firm(s) (hereinafter referred to as Consultants) will provide various professional services as defined herein on an as-needed basis. The Consultant will be under the direction of the Planning & Design Director or designee. Typical work associated with continuing planning, engineering, and design services is described, in general, in task groups one (1) through five (5) of the solicitation document. Other continuing planning, engineering, and design tasks not described here also may be required, depending on the needs of the County. Consultants may identify which services of those listed or any additional services they are qualified to perform.
