Selected Respondent will provide comprehensive Continuing Environmental Engineering Consulting Services consistent with all federal, state and local environmental regulations to include, but not be limited to, the following: 3.1 Site Investigation and Rehabilitation Services Preparation of environmental assessment reports, interim source removal plans, remedial action plans, design and bidding documents, risk assessments, groundwater monitoring plans and reports and other documents related to the assessment and remediation of sites contaminated with petroleum and/or non-petroleum products. Site investigation and rehabilitation work is to be completed in general accordance with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection’s (FDEP) Risk-Based Corrective Action (RBCA) provisions. 3.2 Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) Updates and implementation of all four Airports’ SWPPP including training and other activities needed to maintain compliance with the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System stormwater permits for industrial activities and construction activities. 3.3 Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure Plan (SPCCP) Updates and implementation of all four Airports’ SPCCP including training and other activities needed to maintain compliance with the Federal Oil Pollution Prevention regulations. 3.4 Hazardous and Non-hazardous Materials Management Review current procedures and documents to ensure that these materials are identified, handled, and disposed of consistent with all applicable laws. Updates and implementation of the Airports’ hazardous waste permit. Training and other activities needed to maintain compliance with the applicable State and Federal regulations at all Airports.
