The City is seeking professional companies/firms to work on various projects for the City. The projects range in magnitude from small-scale to extensive or specialized designs. The types of projects to be undertaken may include, but are not limited to, the following: • Engineering design and construction management/inspection • Surveying • Environmental • Structural • Mechanical • Electrical • Geotechnical testing and analysis • Cost estimating and scheduling • Grant support services • Site plan review and analysis • Environmental Assessment • Environmental Impact Statement preparation • Land use review • Zoning review • Tall structures evaluation • Terminal Approach procedures (TERP's) • Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) Part 77 evaluation • Related aviation support functions • Bidding services • Architectural and landscape architectural services • Design studies to establish the framework and detailed work program • Airport data collection and facility inventories • Aeronautical activity forecasts and demand/capacity analyses • Facility requirements determination • Airfield modeling for capacity and delay • Airport layout and terminal area plan development • Airport noise studies under 14 CFR parts 150 and 161 • Compatible land-use planning in the vicinity of airports • Airport site selection studies • Airport development schedules and cost estimates • Airport financial planning and benefit cost analysis • Participation in public information and community involvement programs and/or public hearings relating to airport development and planning projects • Environmental assessments (EA) • Environmental impact statements (EIS) • Other studies in accordance with FAA Orders 5050.4 and 1050.1, airspace analysis.
