Specifications include, but are not limited to:  Mobilization  Maintenance of traffic (MOT) incidental to the construction  Surveying (Property line identification and construction staking)  Clearing and grubbing, including removal and disposal of all materials generated and disposed of at a proper disposal site  Excavation and embankment  Grading work  Drainage improvements  Testing  Parking area construction  Sidewalk construction  Asphalt pathway construction  Utility coordination  Installation of concrete curb and gutter  Installation of sod and other erosion control measures as required  Installation of signage and pavement markings  Installation of a bicycle rack and benches  Landscaping  Complete restoration of construction site  Secure necessary paperwork to access private property when needed  Permits  As-built survey
