The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the construction of the Union Station kiosk. The scope of work includes but is not limited to: • Site preparation and demolition (if necessary) • Utility connections and infrastructure improvements • Construction of a ±500-sf structure in accordance with the approved design • Installation of public and employee restrooms, including plumbing and fixtures • Electrical and lighting installation • HVAC installation • Interior and exterior finishes as per specifications • Fully functioning fire alarm system is required per sheets FP-000, FP-201 and FP-901 • Contractor to coordinate final camera locations and submit specifications for approval with the client. • Railing will need to match bronze railing by the railroad tracks. • Compliance with all applicable building codes and ADA requirements • Final inspection and project closeout
