Specifications include, but are not limited to: The building will need to be demolished. All debris will be removed for the site. The old footprint/ foundation that remains will be used to install an ICF concrete wall. The wall must have #5 rebar epoxied in vertically every 24” for the height of the wall and a single run of #5 rebar every 16” horizontally. 3000 psi concrete to fill the 6” wall, which should be approximately 10 yards of concrete. A center wall will be placed to keep the chlorine separate from the electrical controls. Two door bucks and two top plates for the doors will be installed, two 36” metal doors will be installed. The roof must be a stick framed metal roof attached to the wall via truss straps. The interior and exterior walls must be finished with a synthetic stucco which is chlorine resistant. Plumbing and electrical chases to be placed in locations agreed upon with water works personal. All plumbing and electrical connections will be the responsibility of the town of Esto.
