Scope of Services: SCPS is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to renovate the campus within the Construction Budget. Included with the construction services will be the preconstruction effort to work with the Owner and Architect with prioritizing the scope of work based on cost and phasing strategy. Scope of Work: New Dining Facility and Renovations to Various Buildings at South Seminole Middle School located at 101 South Winter Park Drive, Casselberry, FL 32707. SCPS is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk to provide full design and construction administration services for the interior renovations of buildings 3 and 4, remodeling building 8 to provide improved circulation between the locker areas and the existing gymnasium, along with replacing buildings 1 and 7 with a new dining facility.
