Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Scope of Work for each project consists of functioning as the construction manager, furnishing all management, materials, labor, equipment and incidental services necessary to complete projects, which may include but are not limited to new construction, renovations and/or restorations of various projects such as: New golf course clubhouse Tidal flooding protection Parks and recreation improvements Civil and site work Utilities and infrastructure General public works Roadway and transportation improvements Lighting, landscaping and irrigation Fire and life safety Mechanical upgrades Electrical upgrades (Building automation, low voltage, etc.) IT / communications / security and access control systems Roof repairs Hurricane hardening Office renovations Other projects as needed
