Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. A Multi-System Capital Renewal project at Tildenville Elementary School located at 1221 Brick Rd., Winter Garden, FL 34787. 2. Campus‐wide HVAC, lighting, plumbing, low‐voltage and technology system renovations, including but not limited to: refurbishment or replacement of existing air‐handling units and the addition of bi‐polar ionization; conversion of buildings 300 and 400 to a chilled water system; replacement of remaining building and central energy plant equipment, resized in conjunction with the addition of bi‐polar ionization and the building conversions; new building automation system (BAS); replacement of exterior pole and wall mounted fixtures; retrofit or replacement of remaining interior and exterior light fixtures to LED technology; water heater replacements and sanitary lift station repairs; repair and recertification of the existing lightning protection system; replacement of exterior fire alarm devices and recertification of the fire alarm system; intercom, intrusion detection, and security camera system replacements and upgrades; and replacement of the network fiber backbone and cabling for wireless access points.
