Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. A Multi-System project for two sites: Lakemont ES School located at 901 N Lakemont Ave, Winter Park, FL 32792 and Windy Ridge K8 School located at 3900 Beech Tree Dr. Orlando, FL 32835. 2. Lakemont ES: Multi‐system renewal, including replacement or refurbishing of building heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems (air‐side equipment & components, chiller #1 & #2 replacement, select CEP equipment, BAS controls), low voltage systems (intercom, CCTV, Sonitrol), and exterior painting. Additional scope includes building envelope repairs (tilt‐wall concrete, sealants, administration storefront), and repair or replacement of the existing lightning protection system. 3. Windy Ridge K8: Renovation of the existing building air distribution system to include refurbishment or replacement of existing equipment, additional equipment where needed to meet design guideline requirements and a new building automation system (BAS). Additional scope includes replacement of chiller yard gravel and repair or replacement of the existing lightning protection system. The campuses will remain occupied during design and construction. The estimated construction cost is $7,140,000.
