Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. A HVAC Capital Renewal project for two sites: Hiawassee ES located at 6800 Hennepin Blvd, Orlando, FL 32818, and Dillard Street ES located at 311 N Dillard St, Winter Garden, FL 34787. 2. The renovation project referenced above consists of the heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) renovation and other miscellaneous improvements at Dillard Street and Hiawassee Elementary Schools. HVAC improvements at each campus provide for a complete renovation of the systems at both sites (excluding the Hiawassee ES central energy plant (CEP) equipment). HVAC renovation includes but is not limited to the replacement of existing equipment, the addition of any new equipment required to provide a Design Guideline compliant system, and a new Building Automation System. HVAC equipment shall be adjusted or resized consistently with current cooling load requirements. Miscellaneous improvements include an LED retrofit or replacement of interior light fixtures, a new fire alarm system and replacement of gutters and downspouts at Hiawassee ES, and replacement of exterior pole-mounted light fixtures at Dillard Street ES. 3. All work must meet Orange County Public School’s Design Guidelines and State of Florida educational facilities requirements. All identified life safety, fire safety, accessibility code, and maintenance issues shall also be corrected.
