The services being requested will include, but not be limited to the services listed in the provided Scope of Services Construction Engineering and Inspection Projects may be funded by the City of St. Petersburg (City), by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), by other agencies or by a combination of funding sources. Projects funded in whole or in part with non-City funds shall be designed and constructed in conformance with the funding agency’s requirements, i.e. FDOT and/or Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). FDOT projects for which the services are required are listed in Appendix A, and others to be determined. Projects funded by FDOT are contingent upon legislative appropriation in funding year and are subject to change.
