A. Site Preparation 1. Clear the designated area of debris, vegetation, and any existing structure. 2. Excavate the area to a depth of 4 inches and compact the subgrade to a minimum of 98% density with LBR 40 or better material. 3. Install #10 wire 6x6" reinforcement mesh. 2. Pour and finish 8‐inch‐thick concrete pad with a 3000‐psi compressive strength. 3. Apply a light broom finish to the concrete surface. 4. Install control joints every 100 square feet and expansion joints every 400 square feet according to industry standards. 5. Allow sufficient curing time for the concrete to reach adequate strength. C. Fencing Installation 1. Install a 6‐foot‐high black powder coated chain‐link fence around the perimeter of each concrete pad (approximately 290 linear feet). 2. Ensure proper installation and secure attachment of fence posts to the ground. 3. Install a 6‐foot‐high black powder coated chain‐link swing‐style gates for containment and security at each dumpster area. D. Storage Area 1.
