Subject to Section 1.09(B)(1) above, the successful Respondent will have a non-exclusive right and privilege to provide Concession services for the purpose of accommodating the food and beverage needs of any and all departing airline passengers and users of JAX, seven (7) days a week, three hundred sixty-five (365) days per year. Location #1 (B248): This location shall be constructed into a Coffee concession concept, offering a selection of specialty coffee beverages, freshly brewed espresso drinks, and a variety of light food options. This location may be co-branded with another concept/brand offering food and beverage services, particularly one that offers complementary food and beverage services. Co-branding allows two established brands to operate collaboratively within the same concession space, enhancing customer appeal and broadening the product offering. If Respondent proposes to co-brand this space, they should clearly explain how the partnership will enhance the overall customer experience. Location #2 (B253): This location shall be constructed into a Sit-Down Restaurant concession concept, offering a diverse menu featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients, with a focus on high-quality, made-to-order dishes, complemented by an extensive adult beverage list, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for guests to enjoy a full dining experience. This location should have either a to-go counter, a market style grab-and-go area, or another type of convenient service area designed to offer quick, high-quality food and beverage options for customers on the move. As an option, this concession may feature a curated selection of merchandise or retail products that aligns with the concept's style or theme.
