SDOC has purchased computers, laptops, and 2-in-1 Convertibles in the amount of $31,240,387.00 over the past three years and is projecting expenditures to exceed $20 million over the term of this contract. SDOC has achieved a 1:1 computer to student ration and shall continue to strive for technology enhancements as needed. SDOC is looking to streamline the device process by incorporating a device services depot into this solicitation. Both in and out of warranty repairs are included in these services. SDOC desires to procure a variety of technology products and services, including but not limited to Apple-branded technology products and services. These Apple-Branded products and services, referred to herein as Apple Products, are defined in Attachment C of this RFP. If relevant to a successful Bidder, Apple’s standard definitions for Products and Services from Apple’s Direct Customer Agreement (ADCA) shall apply. SDOC would like to partner with a Dealer/Distributor/Service Provider who can offer multiple Manufacturer’s product lines, including Apple Products, and be our one source for resolving any issues.
