Specifications include, but are not limited to: Comprehensive Economic Development Strategies & Implementation Plan for the Communities of Bloomington & Muscoy. The County of San Bernardino's Department of Economic Development (the "County") is issuing this Request for Proposal ("RFP") for the purpose of selecting a consultant team that will develop a Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy and Implementation Plan for the communities of Bloomington and Muscoy (a separate strategy and plan for each community). The County desires a multi-disciplinary team that includes urban and regional planners/designers, traffic engineers, economic strategists/analysts, and public relations specialists that can aid in delivering a realistic approach for the development and future growth of these two communities. It is the intent of the County to work with a consultant team that has extensive regional planning experience.
