Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Tampa Development & Economic Opportunity Department is seeking to utilize CoStar for commercial real estate analytics for detailed, comprehensive, and up to date multifamily housing data. The prospective bidder must be able to produce data that includes information gathered through publicly available sources, but also propriety data gathered by CoStar through primary research, aerial survey, and other methods. The resulting dataset is a continuously updated property inventory with key data on multifamily development projects, such as construction status, estimated vacancy rates, rent prices, unit count, unit types, and other datapoints. The information is provided in a geospatial format and accessible through an online interface.
