For the purposes of this bid item, the term retest means the group of skills tests needed to obtain the specific CDL license type. This item is included solely for the purpose of establishing a price for students to pay directly to the Vendor if refresher training or retests are needed due to previous failing attempts. In no case shall this amount be invoiced to the Department, nor will the Department be liable or responsible for this cost. $________per student
