This project consists of erecting a 150’W x 250’L x 16’H (2:12) Red-Iron (Red-Oxide) to be located at 1516 NW Bascom Norris Dr, Lake City, FL 32055. This project will also include structural engineering and foundation footing design, erecting structure with foundation footers, and freight (on-site delivery and off-load). The County is soliciting bids for the construction of a 150’W x 250’L x 16’H steel building. The Scope of Work will include the following: 1. 150’ w x 250’ L x 16’ H (2:12) Red-Iron (Red-Oxide) 2. 26 Gauge PBR Panels 3. Galvalume Roof with Color Trim 4. Gutters and Downspouts to match trim 5. 10 Bays at 25’ L 6. End Wall Column Spacing 5 Bays at 30’ 7. 4’ Vertical Sheeting 3 Sides Drop Down from Eave
