SCOPE OF WORK: (Contractor must obtain and submit all permits prior to performing any work.) CONTRACTOR shall review all documents, specifications, plans and scope of work provided by Miami-Dade County Parks, Recreation, and Open Spaces Department for work to be completed. Furnish all labor, equipment, and materials required to comply with the intent of the WORK described in the contract documents including but not limited to: Country Lake Park: Removal of architectural barriers at existing park for compliance with ADA requirements and improvements of site elements and buildings including, walkway repairs, installation of new concrete slabs and ADA site furnishings, retrofit and reconfiguration of existing dugouts, retrofits of restroom fixtures, restriping of ADA parking spaces. Colonial Drive Park: Removal of architectural barriers at existing park for compliance with ADA requirements and improvements of elements and buildings to include, walkway repairs, installation of new concrete slabs and ADA site furnishings, retrofit and reconfiguration of existing dugouts repairs, alterations to existing buildings to include improvements to existing restrooms and accessible entrances. The Colonial Drive Park site is subject to an Engineering Control Maintenance Plan approved by DERM for the environmental remediation previously conducted at the park site. All work within the boundaries of the engineering control boundary shall comply with the requirements of the Engineering Control Maintenance Plan and the construction documents referenced in the project drawings and specifications
